CONSTRUTEC 2006 (9 - 12 October 2006) is the International Building Exhibition in Spain, has organised by IFEMA. The main objective of CONSTRUTEC 2006 was to provide an effective business platform for all professionals in the field of Construction and Materials Technologies. In the frame of this convention, Madrid IRC has organized the CONSTRUTEC 06 Technology Transfer Day (9th October 2006). A TTDay structured in bilateral meetings for entrepreneurs, companies and researchers that want to find real opportunities for business.

7th Europe Mediterranean Collaboration Meeting has been held between October 8th and October 10th with the participation of Italian Trade Chamber in Turkey (CCIF), Naples Technological Development Center (CESVITEC) and Marseille Chamber of commerce ( CCIMP). The subject of the assembly is technological reforms for continuous economical development. Especially the management of solid and liquid wastes has taken into consideration.

Trade and Investment Center of Netherlands declared that a Dutch Business Council will visit Turkey with the Chairman of Rotterdam Trade and Industry Chamber Mr. Frans Lavooij between 10-13 September 2006. A Company Mission between Dutch and Turkish Companies has been held in EBSO ( Egean Region Chamber Of Commerce) in 12 September 2006

The Hannover International Technology Cooperation Event 2006 on Energy Technologies

The Hannover International Technology Cooperation Event 2006 has been placed on Monday and Tuesday, 24th and 25th of April in the context of the Hannover Industrial Fair, 2006. This event was an initiative within the IRC Network and was organised by a group of 13 IRCs together with co-operation and vent partners laying on special focus on technologies in the energy field.

FutureFish Euroasia 2006, 8-11 June 2006, ISTANBUL

In order to increase collaboration between the Turkish and European Fishery Industries, IRC-EGE in collaboration with Fish Thematic Group has been organized “Future Fish Eurasia Brokerage Event- 2006”. This event was a very good chance to establish a platform that aims to create new collaboration possibilities and where companies can have one-to-one meetings. The event took place in Istanbul, World Trade Centre, in Future Fish Eurasia 2006 exhibition on 9th of June 2006.

This event is organised by Foreign Economic Relations Board of Turkey, İstanbul, TEKES, IRC Finland and IRC-Ege.

Collaboration of Turkish - Fin High Technology and IT Sectores’ is especially related with companies operating basicly in high tech and IT Sectors. There were around 25 Mutual Meetings realised between Fin and Turkish Companies

As the name implies and since the title and the participation is well defined and technology transfer oriented we are waiting for effective results.
